Refund & Cancellation Policy – Al Rehman Perfumes

At Al Rehman Perfumes, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand how we handle order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. To cancel your order, please contact us via phone or email with your order number.
After Shipping:
Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return if it meets the return criteria mentioned below.
2. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes, attars, and bakhoor), we accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product
- The product was damaged in transit
- You received a defective or leaked item
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of damage or error (images/videos) must be provided via email or WhatsApp
We reserve the right to refuse return requests that do not meet the conditions above.
**NOTE:** In case of any faulty delivery complaint for return or refund (e.g., product stolen from the package, damaged product, or empty package), you **must provide an unboxing video** of the package as proof. This video is mandatory for your query to be entertained by our customer care team. **Without an unboxing video, no complaint will be considered.**
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or message. If approved:
- The refund will be initiated to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide your bank details for the refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that are used or tampered with
- Items returned without original packaging and invoice
- Opened attar bottles or perfume sprays (unless damaged during delivery)
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. However, you may request a return and place a new order separately, subject to approval.
